What We Are Looking for: Bachelor's degree in a related field 2 years experience, preferably in the homebuilding industryDetailed knowledge of civil construction sequencing and scheduling. What You’ll Be Doing Each Day Create bid packages for trade partners and consultants and maintain their contracts. Assist in the creation of project budgets and schedules and manage them throughout the life of the projectForecast and oversee cash-flows from project conception to closing Plan and direct field operations to ensure finished lots/pads conform to plans and are suitable for turnover to homebuilding per delivery phasesDirect all work and coordination for converting ponds and final road turnover to Department of Transportation, municipalities, or homeowner associations.
